Welcome, adventurer! By booking a session with Brushed Bazaar LC, you agree to the following terms, designed to ensure a fair, fun, and professional experience for everyone involved.

📅 1. Booking & Payment

A $25 deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future date if rescheduling is done at least 48 hours in advance.

The remaining $25 is due immediately following your session via Venmo or another agreed-upon payment method.

Custom packages or add-ons may incur additional charges, which will be discussed and approved in advance.

🎲 2. Session Setup

Brushed Bazaar will arrive approximately 30–45 minutes before your start time to complete setup.

Please ensure the play space is clean and available at the scheduled arrival time.

Any delays in setup due to access issues or other obstacles may reduce your playtime window.

🕰️ 3. Session Duration

Each Brushed Bazaar session begins at the agreed-upon start time (not including setup).

Services are provided until the scheduled end time or a maximum of 5 hours, whichever comes first.

After 5 hours, your game may continue, but we will begin cleanup and depart with our equipment to stay on schedule.

🛡️ 4. Responsibility for Materials

All minis, terrain, props, and immersive equipment are the property of Brushed Bazaar LC.

Clients are responsible for maintaining a safe and respectful environment for the materials.

Damage caused by negligence, pets, or unsafe conditions may result in a repair or replacement charge.

❗ 5. Cancellations / Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled at no penalty with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will forfeit the deposit.

📸 6. Media & Content Use

We may take photos or short videos of the table setup (not your players) for marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise.

By checking the box in the booking form, you confirm that you:

– Have read and agreed to the terms listed above

– Will provide a clean, accessible play space

– Accept responsibility for borrowed materials during the session

– Are committing to the outlined payment structure
