FAQ

Questions before game night?
Here’s everything you need to know.

What exactly do I get for $40?
You’re booking the 5-Scene Session Pack: four curated standard encounters followed by a deluxe boss finale. We handle setup before play, scene swaps between encounters, and teardown + pack-out after the session.
Do you provide a Dungeon Master?
Not currently—Brushed Bazaar focuses on cinematic staging so your GM can stay in the story.
How long is a session?
Most groups run 3–5 hours, but we flex to your pacing. We arrive ~30 minutes early to stage Scene 1, then keep swaps clean and quick between encounters.
What games do you support? (D&D, Pathfinder, etc.)
Any tabletop RPG that benefits from minis + terrain. Tell us your system, themes, and encounter types— we’ll stage scenes that match the vibe (dungeon, forest, ruins, city streets, boss arenas, and more).
How do “scene swaps” work without breaking immersion?
Swaps happen between encounters. Terrain and minis are pre-packed and labeled per scene. While your group takes a quick break (or you narrate a transition), we reset the table fast and quietly.
Can you match my campaign’s story, map, or homebrew?
Yes. Reference images, notes, and maps help a lot. We’ll pull minis + terrain to match your tone, enemies, and setpieces—then tailor each scene so it feels like your world.
What do you need from me to book?
Date, location (city is fine), party size, and the kind of scenes you want (dungeon crawl, boss fight, wilderness, etc.). If we can take your session, we confirm availability and collect a $20 deposit to reserve the date.
What’s your service area?
Currently Utah County + Salt Lake County. Outside those counties may be possible case-by-case— submit a request and we’ll confirm logistics.
Do you need special table space or a specific setup?
A standard dining table works great. If you have a table size you love (or limited space), mention it in the request so we can stage scenes that fit cleanly.
Can I see example scenes before booking?
Absolutely—browse the gallery to see encounter themes, terrain styles, and boss scenes. (Every loadout is built uniquely, but the Vault shows the range.)
What if we run out of time before all 5 scenes?
No stress. Many groups still get a huge value from staging the scenes they reach. If you want the finale guaranteed, tell us up front—so we can plan pacing-friendly scenes.
How far in advance should I book?
Earlier is better for weekends and milestone sessions. If you’re booking last-minute, still submit— we’ll confirm availability as fast as possible.
