The experience

What happens on game day?

You play as normal. We arrive with a curated encounter loadout, stage the first scene, and handle terrain and miniature swaps as your session progresses. When the adventure ends, we pack everything out and leave your space clean.

Is $40 really the total cost?
Yes. A session costs $40 total: a $20 non-refundable deposit reserves your date, and the remaining $20 is due after the session takes place.
What happens if we cancel?
Your $20 booking deposit is non-refundable. If the session does not happen, you are not charged the remaining $20.
Do I need to prepare anything special?
Just your adventure. We handle the physical encounter staging, including setup, terrain and miniature swaps, and pack-out.
Can you match my campaign’s theme?
Within fantasy-forward play, absolutely. Your session is curated around your story beats, locations, and encounter needs using the terrain and miniatures available in our collection.
What if my session or setup is unusual?
Long session, unusual theme, limited table space, or something else outside the usual setup? Send us a message and we’ll confirm whether we’re a good fit before you book.
